Returns

We will happily exchange or offer store credit for any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise returned within 21 days of purchase. It must be in the original packaging, with the original tag still attached.

Our policy only lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange.

Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time. There will be no exceptions.

DISCOUNT CODE/CLEARANCE RETURN POLICY:

All items purchased under a discount code will be FINAL sale. All items purchased under the clearance/sale tab will be FINAL sale. There will be no exceptions.

EXCHANGES:

If there is an item you would like to exchange, please begin by sending us an email at shopalternality@gmail.com with your order number and item you would like to exchange. Once we deem it is available and give you the go ahead, you will then ship your item back to Alternality. Due to our high inventory turnover, exchanges won't always be possible, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your items have shipped, you must e-mail us the confirmation number on your package. We will pull the item out of our inventory and await your exchange’s arrival. Once it is received, your exchange will immediately be processed and your new item will be on its way.

STORE CREDIT:

If there is an item you would like to return for store credit, please begin by sending us an email at shopalternality@gmail.com with your order number and item you would like to return. Once we give you the go ahead, you will then ship your item back to Alternality.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your order is received, your return will immediately be processed and your store credit will be loaded on to an Alternality gift card and sent to you via email. Instructions regarding the use of the store credit gift card will be attached to this email. Store credit gift cards do not expire.
